Brenda Bazan

Director of Development

Brenda Bazan recently retired from IBM where she was the Director of Strategy and Portfolio Planning for the Global Small and Medium Business Segment.  During her 25 year career in sales and marketing, Brenda was responsible for introducing new innovative techniques for customer relationship management.  She built the first sales and customer care unit in IBM leading to dramatic increases in customer satisfaction, and increased sales in the US markets.  She lived in Paris while leading the European marketing and business alliances operation.  She was also responsible for building proposals for new business and technology investments worldwide.  

A graduate of Princeton University in Art History, she is a painter and collector.

Brenda just completed her advanced certification in Yoga Therapy for Children with Special Needs.  She is the only yoga instructor in the Houston area with a specific certification in this area.  She is currently teaching summer classes at the Joy School.
